We meet every Wednesday, 10.30 am to 12 at Middleton & Aislaby Village Hall, Main Street, Middleton YO18 8PB. Each session has a small cost to cover the hire of the hall. Please come along for some social exercises, a bit of a mental challenge and a chat!
